Music is evolving in so many different ways, and with the advent of download, music does not always have so much of a physical presence in our music collections anymore. Yet there is always going to be something very special about the physical format of an album, be it CD, Vinyl, Cassette (or even the long-deceased mini-disc).
Joe Cocker Live is a live album by Joe Cocker, released in 1990 (see 1990 in music). It was recorded live 5 October 1989 at Memorial Auditorium in Lowell, Massachusetts with the exception of the last two tracks which were recorded in the studio. The album was re-released in 2011 under the title Joe Cocker's Greatest Hits Live.

Live in Maui is an album by Jimi Hendrix recorded live outdoors in Maui, Hawaii, on July 30, 1970. It marks the first official release of Hendrix's two full sets during the filming for the 1971 film Rainbow Bridge. The two-CD and three-LP set is to be released on November 20 and December 11, 2020, along with a video documentary titled Music, Money, Madness ... Jimi Hendrix in Maui.
